Specific regulations on return and exchange of goods
Please understand that we do not accept the return and exchange of goods whose packages have been opened (the transparent packingpaper on the outer packing box has been ripped off is also considered as Kaifeng) !
All unopened goods should be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. The refund should be made within one week after receipt and confirmation.
If you need to return the whole order, please be sure to return all the goods (including free gifts, gift boxes) in this order.
When the goods are returned or exchanged due to the customer’s own reasons, the customer shall bear the postage when the goods are returned and the freight when the goods are re-sent.Returns or exchanges caused by product quality problems, the freight shall be borne by us
If you wish to exchange other equivalent goods, please return the goods for the order you need to return. We will send you the new goods after receiving the return goods and confirming the correctness.
If you want to exchange for non-equivalent goods, please first for your order return and refund, and then to the site to order other goods you like, we will send another.
If you find any quality problem after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of the goods after providing the relevant certificate. And we will be responsible for the shipping costs

It usually takes 2~4 business days to process your request. After the application is approved, please send the returned goods with the list of products and return them to the address in the return confirmation mail. If the use of non-inquiry express return, the loss of goods, damage, misdelivery and other circumstances, the company does not assume responsibility
